Un incident grave est un incident ou dysfonctionnement d’un système d’IA qui cause directement ou indirectement un préjudice sévère, comme un décès, une atteinte grave à la santé, une perturbation d’infrastructure critique, une atteinte aux droits fondamentaux ou de graves dommages matériels ou environnementaux. Dans les contextes réglementaires, les incidents graves déclenchent des obligations renforcées de notification, d’enquête et de correction.
An incident or malfunctioning of an AI system that directly or indirectly leads to: the death of a person, or serious harm to a person’s health; a serious and irreversible disruption of the management or operation of critical infrastructure; the infringement of obligations under Union law intended to protect fundamental rights; or serious harm to property or the environment.
