A stakeholder is a person, group, or representative with rights, interests, or legitimate expectations that may be affected by an organization, system, product, or service. In AI governance, stakeholders can include users, affected individuals, operators, regulators, developers, customers, and communities.
Stakeholders (as defined by the OECD) are persons or groups, or their legitimate representatives, who have rights or interests that are or could be affected by adverse impacts associated with the enterprise's operations, products, or services.
