Caesar AI Atlas Definition

Other Definitions

Inteligencia artificial Source

The field of computer science focused on creating systems capable of tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, perception, language understanding, and decision-making.

Inteligencia artificial Source

(Also machine intelligence.) Any intelligence demonstrated by machines, in contrast to the natural intelligence displayed by humans and other animals. In computer science, AI research is defined as the study of "intelligent agents": any device that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chance of successfully achieving its goals. Colloquially, the term "artificial intelligence" is applied when a machine mimics "cognitive" functions that humans associate with other human minds, such as "learning" and "problem solving".

Inteligencia artificial Source

A non-human program or model that can solve sophisticated tasks. For example, a program or model that translates text or a program or model that identifies diseases from radiologic images both exhibit artificial intelligence. Formally, machine learning is a sub-field of artificial intelligence. However, in recent years, some organizations have begun using the terms artificial intelligence and machine learning interchangeably.
